We were supposed to get a room with a city view but we got the busy street view. The front desk manager told us that the reason that we didn't get it is because we didn't book the room with the hotel. In addition, there were a few problems with the room that were not fixed. Here are the issues: 1. The safety box was not working. The technician came to our room when we checked in and he knew how to close the safety box but he couldn’t open it! 2. The air conditioner was not working. We were trying to raise the temperature because we were cold, but the temperature stayede the same. 3. The shower handle was coming out and we couldn't control the temperature and take a shower.

Very clean. Staff are so nice and helpful.Location is close to San Jose del Cabo Art District. Very nice area. A lot of restaurants around the area.

A great location but a disappointing stay. The rooftop pool would benefit from a bar and some staff. There’s a sign that states a pool bar 11am - 4pm but there was never any bar open for refreshments. The water is also incredibly cold, so it’s pointless being open after sunset The hotel restaurant/bar on the main level was only open for breakfast and lunch, closing at 2pm They allegedly offer discounts for a beach club, but after I spent a day there, that discount was not honoured and I was charged over 2,000 pesos for a beach stay that should have cost 1,400, so be ready to challenge veleros beach club if you use it A good location. A disappointing stay. Maybe if treated more like an Airbnb versus a hotel, it would be more suitable for you
